About Us

The Teachero concept began with two brothers kicking the soccer ball around on the Tamalpais High School soccer field in Mill Valley, California during the summer of 2012.

One older brother, teaching one younger brother the skills necessary to compete on the field and in life.

With a touch of parental direction and oversight the Teachero App was created to connect kids, families and communities together for sports, academics, and arts skills sharing sessions within a mentorship and college readiness program.

Our Vision

Promotes college readiness by encouraging the exchange of information between families with younger and older college-bound kids as a means toward college preparedness and future college success.

Teachero’s mission is to help students achieve their personal best in sports, academics, and the arts, help more students go to college, and to foster confident, respectful, and passionate youth.
